About CAPSDirectory
CAPSDirectory helps families and homeowners quickly search the National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) official directory of credentialed professionals — starting with Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS), the credential focused on home modifications that let people live safely and independently as they age.
Rather than building our own contractor database, we deep-link into NAHB's own public directory so you're always seeing their current, official records — we just make it faster to filter by credential.

We are not NAHB, and we don't vet, license-check, or guarantee any contractor listed in their directory. We're also not a substitute for doing your own homework — check licensing, insurance, references, and reviews before hiring anyone.
